Westborough and Dry Doddington Parish Council meetings
The council meets 5 times a year, usually at 7.30pm on the first Thursday of the month. Meetings alternate between Westborough and Dry Doddington Village Halls. In addition each village has an Annual Parish meeting, usually in April or May of each year.

- Public Forum: Meeting to adjourn to receive questions and comments from residents of the village on any matter relating to tonight’s agenda. (15 minutes maximum)
- Apologies for absence from meeting
- To receive Disclosable Pecuniary Interests in accordance with Relevant Authorities (Disclosable Pecuniary Interests) Regulations 2012
- Confirm minutes of last meeting 6 October 2022, previously circulated
- Community benefit fund (CBF) and approve budgets for projects:
a) Westborough Village Hall. To resolve grant of up to £7000 for toilet and cloakroom upgrade including writing promissory note
b) to receive update on Dry Doddington Village Green temporary winter fencing
c) Westborough hard standing project update, meeting with SKDC planning officer on 10 Jan
d) To agree any other action required - Mowing in Parish
a) to resolve to accept LCC Highways mowing scheme for 2023 for payment of over £625 for 3 cuts (prev circulated). This is now on a rolling contract,
b) to review parish mowing contractors and agree action needed - Highways
a) to agree whether to carry out litter pick, dates and priority areas
b) to agree action regarding Hougham Road junction with Clensey Lane
c) to agree action regarding any road sweeping in Westborough - King's Coronation
a) to agree budget and any action required. - Finance
a) to approve budget for 2023-24
b) to resolve precept for 2023-24
c) to approve payment for LALC training courses for £15, volunteer thank you’s for mowing and Green maintenance £112.98
Payment received from LCC mowing for £625.54, Western Power wayleave payment £60.85, Dry Doddington Village Hall donation £2680, , Copley solar £13,378.56, SKDC Community Cleaner grant £463.32, HMRC VAT reclaim £1356.74.
Payments already made for Dry Doddington hall decorating £816, Volunteer expenses ££54.96 for white lining, Jubilee tree and planting sundries £112.14.
