Westborough and Dry Doddington are two small villages only a mile apart, on the western edge of Lincolnshire. The population of this civil parish stood at 335 at the 2001 census increasing to 365 at the 2011 census.
Historically, they were both part of the Parish of the Church of All Saints at Westborough, and a smaller chapel served the villagers in Dry Doddington.
The boundaries of the local government area match the old church boundaries and the villages are now equal partners.
Westborough is designated a Conservation area.
